Meet Ashley

Ashley Fenton is a licensed attorney with a passion for serving individuals and families by helping them plan for the future. Ashley graduated from Trinity University with a B.A. in Communications, and graduated from the University of New Mexico School of Law with honors. She has served as Assistant Regional Counsel for the United States Department of Health and Human Services, Office of the General Counsel, as an Attorney Advisor for the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Office of Medicare Hearings and Appeals, as a Law Clerk for the New Mexico Court of Appeals, and as an Associate for the law firm of Hinkle Shanor, LLP, in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

Ashley lives in McKinney, Texas with her family and three dogs. When she isn't practicing law, you can find her serving families by walking beside them through childbirth, or teaching Childbirth Education classes through her work with North Dallas Doula Associates. Ashley also loves training for triathlons, exploring the outdoors with her family, and practicing her paddleboarding skills.
